    I would like to commend Carol Satterfield, client service specialist, at Bank OZK Oldsmar. Carol is everything she should be plus is exceptional at customer service. She always makes sure I get all the information I need and does not let me leave before she is sure I understand everything. Everyone at this branch has always been very helpful.
