  They only had one cellar open. I just need to change for 100. Now I have to wait for the guy in the drive-through line too? This is the worst location. Everybody avoids going here if they can.

  I have been a PNC customer for quite some time, and while I like PNC as a bank, my experiences at the Northlake Boulevard location have been consistently frustrating for several years. Every time I go into this branch, there seem to be only two or three employees working, and the branch is usually nearly empty. Yet somehow, getting help with basic banking needs is always a challenge. A previous experience involved needing a document notarized. I called the branch ahead of time, but nobody answered the phone. I ended up going in person and was told by the teller that the notary was unavailable. I could see the notary, so I asked her directly, and she was very nice and said she could notarize my document. What was frustrating was the employee behind the glass, who was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to ask the teller whether she could assist me. Today was another frustrating experience. I went in to have the PIN on my debit card reset. The teller told me he couldn’t do it and said someone in the back could help. He asked that person, and I was then told they couldn’t help me either. At this point, I have to ask: What is the purpose of having a branch if customers can’t get basic banking issues resolved? This isn’t one bad experience or one difficult employee. This has been a recurring problem at this location for years. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to help are extremely frustrating. I genuinely like PNC Bank and would prefer to remain a customer, but this particular branch needs serious improvement. PNC needs to take a hard look at the management, staffing, training, and customer service at this location. I would strongly encourage PNC corporate management to review what is happening at this branch. Customers deserve better.

  This place should be closed down. ATM No cash out or cash deposit allowed? Inside system down regularly. PNC needs to get its shit together.

  Can't deposit checks in another person's account The checks were made out to the account holder but they still didn't allow it. Made no sense!
