However, they need to hire more staff, sometimes I wait for 20 minutes making deposits outside while there's a line inside and one teller working. That's just not good customer service, not a great business plan. I've been with PNC for 15 +years.

The lady at the front tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible when I asked some questions about one of THEIR cashiers checks. FAIRWINDS accross the street was the opposite. Don’t waste your time here and go directly at FAIRWINDS. The manager there is amazing and helped me when PNC decided not to.

If I wanted help, I had to scan a QR code, make an appointment via the app or website (or text), fill out a survey, etc., before they would see me or answer questions. I've been to the branch a few times now and never got what I needed from them. Just told to go elsewhere (hence me finally writing a review). Like, why is this place even open? Save your time and try to do it online or by phone.
