I had an excellent experience with the team at PNC Bank, especially Ehab Soliman and Edison Minchalo. They assisted me with both my personal and business banking needs and took the time to guide me through the process of building my business credit. In one hour they did more for me than my previous bank did in 10 year. PNC Bank and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process, easy to do business with. I truly felt supported and valued as a client. Their customer service went above and beyond, and they made everything easy to understand. I strongly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a banking team that truly cares about helping individuals and businesses grow. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

There were 6 people in front of me and 2 got tired of waiting and walked out. The person in front of me has been waiting over 35 minutes. Only 1 cashier. I first waited in line at the drive-thru (#3 in line) and the guy in front of me backed out and left. Said he had been waiting 15 minutes. The poor cashier has only been with the bank only 3 days. There were 2 other employees in the branch who said they couldn’t help. They are in different roles. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Branch is not being managed properly.
