  Not at all accommodating. I work in their building. Had my office access card on my arm. I wanted to exchange two $20 bills and two $5 bills for a $50 bill to include in my grandson's birthday card. They wouldn't do it because I didn't have an account. Will try Publix. (If Cogent Bank starts selling food and Publix continues to act as a bank, I suppose it will all work out.)

  Cogent Bank is the only true "hometown" community bank left in Naples! Awesome business bank, conscientious, courteous and capable ....what a game changer in this marketplace!! Really a good bank to deal with, staff is always there to help and their app is very user friendly!!
