  This has been my parents Bank for decades and it’s like a family. The staff are always concerned and asking how they are. Recently Judith and Brandy helped us with some account matters and they went above and beyond with Customer Service. I appreciate their thoroughness and care❤️

  while Judith is a wonderful individual, her hands are tied by the banks policies. AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The bank, as a corporation, fails in every aspect of customer service or considerations. They put their interest first, customer be dammed. Would not recommend.

I had a brief conversation with Raed Abuquta and he helped me with my mistake and showed my how I could strengthen my financial situation.I left there feeling like the bank valued me as a customer.
