  I had a very positive experience at PNC Bank’s Brickell Branch. From the very beginning, the attention and professionalism of the entire team were excellent. I was assisted by different members of the branch team, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Later, I had the opportunity to complete my banking process with Jonathan Cubas, and my experience with him was excellent. He was professional, attentive, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. I also really appreciated being able to communicate with him comfortably in both English and Spanish. Thanks to his guidance and assistance, I was able to complete the process for my Virtual Wallet smoothly and without any inconvenience, fully in accordance with PNC Bank’s policies and requirements. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by the entire Brickell team and especially by Jonathan. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I was able to make a sizable depot through the atm, after hours. Access was controlled and it felt safe.

  The 2 times I have been to this bank they have never been able to help me. This morning I had a 9:30am appointment and after sitting there for 1 hour without being helped, I left. PNC is a good bank, but this location is run horribly. Hopefully they have new branches opening up soon in Miami. For now go to Aventura.
