  I had such a wonderful experience with PNC Bank, and I especially want to recognize Jarmani Cintronelle for his exceptional customer service. He was incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Jarmani took the time to answer all of my questions and also helped me open my credit card, making the entire process extremely easy and stress-free. He made sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing a great experience, and Jarmani truly went above and beyond. He is an amazing representation of PNC Bank and absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Jarmani, for making my experience with PNC such a positive one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Stay away from this branch the staff don't know what they're doing the staff that was there before would help you but this time had an issue where we drew money from my account they said they charge me double I got to wait 24 hours to get my money back I will go to the other Branch as farther than the people more respected

  I had a scheduled appointment with PNC Bank on Saturday specifically to refinance my vehicle. I planned my day around the appointment and drove to the branch, only to be told after arriving that they could no longer honor my appointment because there was no one available in the building who could handle the refinance. What made this especially frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No phone call, email, or notification the day before—or even that morning—to let me know that my appointment could not be honored. I understand that staffing issues happen, but if a bank allows customers to schedule appointments, there should be a system in place to notify them when those appointments cannot be fulfilled. Having a customer take time out of their Saturday and drive to the branch just to be turned away is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of their time. Very disappointing experience, especially when I was prepared to move forward with refinancing my vehicle through PNC.
