- OAOmer AswadAug 29, 20261.0My experience with PNC Bank today was absolutely ridiculous from start to finish. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at the Midtown location to complete my auto refinance. When I arrived, my appointment was canceled and I was told to drive to the Little Havana branch instead. That already wasted a significant amount of my Saturday driving back and forth between locations. When I finally arrived at the Little Havana branch to finish my refinance application and sign the paperwork, I specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES whether everything was completed and whether I was good to leave. I was repeatedly assured that everything was fine and that I was done. After I left the branch and had already driven away, I received a call telling me I needed to COME BACK because they had forgotten to complete additional items. Having to visit two different PNC branches on a Saturday, waste my time driving across Miami, and then be called back because the bank failed to properly complete its own paperwork is unacceptable. This is not how I expect a professional financial institution to operate, especially when I am bringing them my business for a loan. I have decided to cancel my refinance with PNC and move forward with another bank. This entire experience cost PNC my business.

I just drove 25-35 minutes out of the way at 11 PM to deposit some cash to pay a bill and of course there’s no ATM outside. I don’t know if you can hit a doorbell and they’ll let you in or what, but it didn’t work for me don’t waste your time.. I tried my phone and my debit card.
