  To whom it may concern. Just went into this PNC Bank to try to cash a check from an employer, The lady took me to the computer before she cashed my check she told me they have a 2.5% fee on the amount of the check I think that's a rip-off, they are charging just like if we are going to amscot that's very unprofessional and for people that don't have an account here at PNC remember they're going to charge you, 2.5 percent on every check you come here to cash do not bring your business to PNC Bank take it elsewhere they are a rip-off to who it May concern.

  That place is joke. Not even seems like bank. There workers stands behind you while you speak with one of them. They are not motivated to help at all. Hope you will be replaced with 🏧 and AI soon.

  Another PNC branch sent me here, stating they were full service and could deposit savings bonds. The first time I went here, they said the teller won’t be in until later and they couldn’t help. The second time, they flat out refused to deposit them, stating my account was under a year old. Found a New York Times article on the topic - PNC is just being difficult and doesn’t care about customers with the of “sorry, we just don’t feel like it” attitude. Where have all the good banks gone?
