- MMMichelle M3 days ago2.0I have been a loyal PNC customer since my freshman year of college in 2016, but the blatant disparity in how branches are structured based on neighborhood demographics is deeply disturbing. In areas like Midtown, Biscayne, or Miami Springs, PNC provides secure, after-hours indoor access for customers to use the ATM safely. However, at this newly built branch in a predominantly Black and brown neighborhood, the ATM is left completely on the outside. Security is only present during banking hours, leaving community members entirely vulnerable after dark. To make matters worse, the option to withdraw cash is frequently grayed out and completely unavailable on this machine. I already voiced these exact safety and accessibility concerns directly when corporate asked for local feedback, yet nothing has changed. Our safety and basic banking needs shouldn't be penalized or segregated by zip code.

He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I receive the help I need. His exceptional service is one of the main reasons I continue coming to this location. I also want to recognize the entire team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I am very happy with PNC Bank overall and truly appreciate the excellent service I receive here.
