I followed all the steps and jumped through every hoop they required, only for the bonus to never show up. Now they’re saying it was a “mistake” and blaming a third-party provider, which feels like nothing but excuses. After all that, they’re telling me I’m not getting the bonus at all. I can’t believe I went through all of this for nothing. This bank doesn’t offer anything you can’t get elsewhere, and clearly can’t be relied on to honor what they advertise. If you’re considering opening an account for a promotion, stay far away. Completely unreliable and disappointing.
