    Exceptional customer service! Each member I have worked with to open my new account was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They all provided exceptional service to not only myself, but my children as well.

    I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The overall level of professionalism is lacking, and it’s nearly impossible to find or speak with the branch manager. On the one occasion I did see her, she walked in while on a personal phone call, went straight into her office, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After waiting and feeling completely disregarded, I chose to leave. After reading the other reviews for this location, I realize I should have taken the warning signs more seriously. Unfortunately, my experience seems to reflect the same concerns others have shared. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs.
