I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The overall level of professionalism is lacking, and it’s nearly impossible to find or speak with the branch manager.
On the one occasion I did see her, she walked in while on a personal phone call, went straight into her office, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After waiting and feeling completely disregarded, I chose to leave.
After reading the other reviews for this location, I realize I should have taken the warning signs more seriously. Unfortunately, my experience seems to reflect the same concerns others have shared.
Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs.

The worst bank ever they closed my account and not acknowledge me at all when I was going to deposit some money and then find out the hard way when i login into my banking mobile where my account wasn’t showing up they are very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed

This bank is the worst! No privacy, I asked to talk behind closed doors and was denied. I could hear someone behind the teller line whispering obscenities. I was told I couldn't open a business account in person, I had to send e-mails even though there wasn't a single client in the branch. The Assistant Manager was rude and condescending. Not really sure how this place stays open, I've never seen anyone other than employees in there. It must be a front for something. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, you'll thank me later.
