- VSVincent SAug 18, 20261.0Use any other bank but PNC. Charges like crazy no access to your money and if they can hold on to your funds they absolutely will. I have had to pay more out of pocket simply because PNC and their policies tie my money up in ways I cannot describe. It is the worst bank I have ever had in my life I absolutely cannot stand them they 100% do anything they can to charge for everything because it is about them making money while they take it from you. Worst bank ever

When I arrived a few minutes early, the woman told me he was just finishing up something and would be out in a few minutes. 10 minutes later she said he would be out soon. 10 more minutes and I left without ever being helped. To make things worse, I got home and had an email that they understand that thugs come up and that I wasn’t able to make my appointment. Ridiculous! I sat there for 20 minutes. If this is the service they provide when you want to open an account and deposit money, imagine how bad it is if you want to take your money out of the bank.
