- SCScott ColeMar 3, 20251.0Being from out of town and needing some cash we went to our secondary bank, PNC, big mistake! Only one of their 4 local branches dispenses cash (I don't want or need another debit card). The host (he) that greeted us was worthless with his information and displayed an "I don't give a .... attitude". This is why PNC is only a secondary banking option and given this experience might not remain an option at all. Very disappointed with a bank that can't dispense cash, unless it is at their ATM machine. Probably would be better to close 3 branches then offer customers such poor service.
