  WARNING!! AVOID USING THE ATM AT THIS PNC BRANCH. I called customer service because I withdrew some cash, and the next day, when I tried to use my debit card, I had insufficient funds. When I checked my account online, the transaction had been duplicated; when I tried to contact them, they told me I had to wait 10 days because they had to file a dispute. In other words, because of a system error, I have to wait that long just to access my own money. They offered no other solution; the issue is internal -the transactions show up in the system, yet they claimed they couldn't see them. Honestly, I realize this isn't the fault of the branch staff, but rather their automated system. If I had an emergency, I wouldn't be able to use my money, how is PNC going to answer for that? Avoid using the drive-thru ATM, and PNC—definitely fix the issues with your automated services, because this is going to cause you major problems. This isn't the first time I've seen issues with their ATM; I stopped by once before and it was out of service, and this is a brand-new branch.

  Great experience with this branch! Chantal was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless.   I really enjoyed my experience I had good one-on-one help with a nice gentleman named Hunter took care of all my needs didn't have to worry about a thing he did everything for me A to Z excellent Branch I would highly recommend using them
