My family came in this week to adjust an account and although the staffing was short when we walked in, the staff was able to accommodate us and give us a later time to come back for an appointment. Danny was very professional and educational with the advice we needed for the account. He was able to keep us at ease and deal with each of our individual needs and questions. Highly recommend him, and I am grateful that we were able to see him during our visit at the bank.

I came back after making appointment online and didn’t wanted to do it again because they were busy and online appointments were not accurate. Finally when I told them they must do it accepted and my account finally closed. Very bad costumer service. !
