I’ve been banking with them for so many years and although there is a closer location to my home I drive all the way to them because they are so polite there. Absolutely kind people from the tellers inside or drive through or the people at the desks. Been with this lication for a long time wouldn’t trade them for any branch

- EMEvan MartinNov 19, 20241.0I just recently visited this branch and I am a customer of PNC. I was the victim of fraud with an activity and I needed to close my debit card out and get another one. I went to the bank. There was no customer service. They directed me to the teller the teller told me that one person lunch. She’ll be back shortly, but they will not be able to help you. We’ll have to make an appointment for you tomorrow. I explained to them the urgency to me was because of the fraudulent activity I experienced. I figured they’d really wanna help me out. They said nothing they can do come back tomorrow. They did not even direct me to another branch that had a capability of making me an ATM card so I came back in the morning the next day Nice and early 9 AM I arrived to the customer service representative that I had an appointment with she looked up. She goes. Oh you’re here just for a debit card. I’m kind of busy and brushed me off to another representative. The other representative pretty much didn’t care what I had to say and just wanted get me out of the door that’s the impression I felt you know when you walk into someplace you should feel welcome. I definitely did not feel welcome. I did not feel like a customer that belongs there. I will be considering moving my bank accounts to another institution that appreciates my business sad to report this because when I first open in my account, they treated me like a millionaire and now I feel like a welfare recipient very bad customer service stay away stay clear from this branch of interest does not interest.
