  I have been a customer for many years, and in the last year the customer service at this location has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. Very sad!

  Welll I was a PNC customer until recently so they have randomly closed my bank account after being with them for several years after one of the bank tellers insisted on me and my mom opening a joint account together so we can transfer money back and forth to each other but no one told me that this would be the beginning of the end. First they’ve opened like 4 different accounts for me when I did not need that many accounts and I told them over and over do I need this many accounts open and they said it would be fine just leave it. This was a concern of mine which they told me to ignore. Then once they opened this 5th account it became suspicious bc why would I need 5 bank accounts opened bc idk either which is why it was a concern. Then out of no where I get alerts and papers sent to my home that they’ve come to the the conclusion that they’re just going to close all my accounts without any reasonings because to them they don’t have to tell anyone why they’re closing their accounts. I was a loyal customer I had them for years I even stuck though my account getting hacked on their end 5 times but all of a sudden on their end again they close my accounts for no reason. Then try and take my mothers money because she wanted to change banks. How do you decline giving my mother her 20k in savings because they claim they don’t have it in the bank but she called earlier and they told her they’ll give it to her. Pnc is a joke I would never come back I would rather bank with an online back rather than bank with with company ever again. Also the tellers don’t care especially at this location. Such a waste of time no one should come here. The professionalism needs to be looked into as soon as possible.

  I've been with this bank for over twenty years.The last couple of years at this location has been absolutely atrocious.Tried to get a car loan,nobody would call you back.Try to go to the drive thru and nobody acknowledges you.Customer service is absolutely the worst.
