Remarkably, I received a refund — something that had never happened before — all at a significantly more reasonable rate than my previous CPA charged.   When I hired Souza's back in 2021, they redid my 2020 & 2019 returns and realized that I had a considerable refund coming. Then, the government did it's thing and kept sending letters that it was coming, then finally, that it wasn't coming... Long story short, Ricky and the team went to bat for me, fighting the IRS and demanding they do the right thing and FINALLY, the refunds came this week. I'm deeply appreciative of their efforts.

  I have been filing my taxes with Ricky for five years now. In 2014 I was being audited because I intrusted my financials with an unreliable source. Ricky made it easy to understand the process, never made me feel embarrassed and ensured me that he would take care of it. And that’s exactly what he did.   Been doing my personal taxes with Ricky Souza for many years and just finished doing this year's at his own new location. It was only a matter of time till he obtained his own company since he's not only an extremely professional accountant, but also a very sensible human being who pays very close attention to detail. His crew is amazing, which is no surprise, just like Ricky, they are very well informed as well as they are very receptive. The new location has such a welcoming feel to it, atmosphere is very pleasant. We need Ricky to train as many people as possible, so that when he no longer does this, we are left with people holding the same qualities he carries. Thanks again to him and his awesome crew!
