  My rewards with the bank show monthly service fees are waived and for 3 months they were then all the sudden they charged me $25 service fee, my account still shows it should be waved. Called them, they cant put someone at the branch on to handle this but if I can place work to go in they can, why not on the phone??? They put me to customer service TWICE and I am hungry up on BOTH TIMES with not one person calling me back! HORRIBLE customer service! Will be leaving the bank and using another!

  If I could leave zero stars and leave a review, I would. I was a loyal PNC customer for years, but after repeated negative experiences, I ultimately decided to close all of my accounts. Over the course of multiple interactions with different PNC representatives—both in branch and over the phone—I experienced ongoing issues with communication, customer service, and accountability. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the concerns, I was consistently met with poor follow-up, conflicting information, and a lack of ownership. The issues were not isolated to one interaction, but repeated across different departments and touchpoints. After closing all of my accounts and fully resolving any outstanding balances, I repeatedly requested that PNC stop contacting me by phone and communicate only in writing. Despite those requests, I continue to receive phone calls, even though there is no active customer relationship remaining. This ongoing contact has been frustrating and unnecessary given that all matters have already been closed. At this point, I have no confidence in the service or communication process based on my experience, and I have chosen to take my banking elsewhere. I am also documenting all contact going forward and considering contacting an attorney. I would not recommend PNC based on my experience as a former customer.

  They offer options that they ultimately don’t fulfill. I’m aware that there are alternatives they should implement to help the customer, but they simply refuse to do so. Additionally, the service is unpleasant and unprofessional.

  Love this branch! Everytime I go to handle a deposit or have a question, the staff and GM are always so attentive. Dia, thank you for attending my wife and her deposit today! She told me your customer service was top notch.

  What kind of business turns a new account away an hour before close. Do not ever do business with this branch. It is complete laziness and horrible customer service.
