The one in Kissimmee off of Simpson rd i like going to because its in and out. never long lines. And friendly bank staff.

First off barely anyone speaks proper English at this branch but it’s normal for Kissimmee.
The two representatives that helped open the account promised a $200 bonus with in 60 days of having the account open with the agreement of $250 direct deposit or 15 debit card uses. So here I am 90+ days in and now it all changed so I did not get my bonus.
The branch manager Zuleka promised to resolve but has yet to resolve
So I will be closing the account today
Good luck with communication at this branch I will also be leaving a BBB review cooperate should really look into this

I cant speak for all branches of this bank but this one that frequent the most is always great. I had an issue with a new debit card not activating and Marta was amazing. She called whoever she needed to and within a few minutes had everything ready to activate. I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and Marta in particular has always been extremely helpful, as well as the rest of the staff.
