  I had such an amazing experience working with Cesar and Latoyer while finalizing my auto loan. From the moment we sat down, Cesar was incredibly professional, personable, welcoming, and just genuinely easy to work with. He made the whole process feel comfortable instead of stressful. At one point, we realized I was missing an order number that I needed from the dealership, so we had to leave and come back. Cesar reassured us that it was completely fine and told us he would be there until 5. We ended up making it back around 4:50, only about 10 minutes before closing, and he still welcomed us back and continued helping us without making us feel rushed at all. Latoyer was just as amazing. She stayed after closing as well, for about an hour, to help make sure everything was finalized and that my loan was secured. They absolutely could have told us to come back the next day, but instead they both went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed that same day. I truly cannot thank them enough. They were both so kind, patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. This experience honestly made me feel even more confident banking with PNC, and when I’m ready for another major loan in the future, including a home, I would absolutely want to work with this branch again. Cesar and Latoyer deserve all the recognition for the level of customer service they provided. Thank you both so much!

  I came here yesturday to do a transaction a the new teller never gave me my drivers license back and she lost it because they could not find it in the safe i am very certain of them not giving it to me in the first place then the manager of the place is rude and she lacks customer service skills trying to make me wait for a while before she could even respond to me to let me know about when would actually look at the cameras lack of integrity and lack of common sense

  From the moment I walked in, I had an outstanding experience. The branch was clean, organized, and everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming. Cesar is an exceptional representative, professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. I have a Black-level bank account in my home country, so I'm used to receiving a very high standard of customer service. Even so, I can honestly say this was one of the best banking experiences I've ever had. He took the time to answer every question, made the entire account opening process simple and stress free, and made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. If every PNC branch provided the same level of professionalism, care, and dedication that Cesar does, PNC would be recognized nationwide as a 5 star bank for customer service. Thank you, Cesar, for making what is usually a routine banking appointment such an exceptional experience. You truly set the standard for outstanding customer service.

  Waited over 25 mins for help in the drive thru... went inside to speak with the manager.. all i received was an apology so unprofessional
