They'll sign you up under the pretense that it's free even if you don't remember. Then they'll change the terms and agreement for something you've never used. And the worst part - even if you move out of state, never used the box, it's empty, you cannot sign an affidavit to close it. You are commanded to be there in person to close it. Perpetual nightmare of incompetence. ----------- In response to the Response From the Owner: I do admire the distinction between the experience you want me to have and the one you have been billing me for. No one at PNC will take ownership of this calamity to resolve it. I AM A VICTIM OF BAD BANKING PRACTICE. I've shown up in person, called corporate AND NO ONE WILL RESOLVE THIS STUPIDITY. I WILL NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE PNC THROUGH A SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM for the simple fact that FACE TO FACE DOESN'T SOLVE IT, AND I WON'T ENTERTAIN SOMEONE CATFISHING ME FROM A SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT. #BULLSHIT
