    This bank - it can hardly be called that- is horrible, the worst, incompetent. I have tried to get a phone number changed now for over a month. It is still not changed. The invalid number prevents logging in. I have also requested statements two times, a month ago and another two weeks ago. I was told it would happen in a week. Nothing, no call, no email, no response from south state bank. I called and asked for the manager and was hung up on. This is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. Go to a real bank like Bank of America or JPMorgan/Chase and get professional service, where they actually do customer service.
