Every time I try and call the bank all it does is ring. No one EVER answers the phone. For months, so it's not that they were busy today. I made a appointment for a phone call today at 4:15 and no one called . I do have to say when dealing with Cynthia and Stephen, they are the best. Also very helpful. I just want to close out an account because every time I use it to pay a bill I get charged 3.00. Every time. I shouldn't have to pay to use my money.

I moved to the area from out of state several months ago, and the staff at this location has been incredibly helpful as I've gotten my business banking established. Alma, Stephen, and Reagan are just a few of the staff that have made my experience with this branch of PNC so good. If you're a small business owner, I definitely recommend you bank here.

Called Bartram Oaks Branch 3 times from 9am to 12:00 pm, waited 10, 12 and 22 minutes each time for someone to answer before I hung up. Had to call their 1-800 to get a representative to transfer me to the branch, to finally have someone pick up. I then asked for a particular bankers direct number, and he said he didnt have it. Then said, well I guess I could get one of her business cards. Yah ya think? WOW! Thank God I dont bank here and that Im just trying to close out my deceased Fathers account, which I have a feeling the person Im dealing with has NO clue what shes doing. Good Luck!!!

Unfortunately the staff at this branch is not very knowledgeable and it shows in their customer service. I had to have them call someone to get help as they kept wanting me to "come back". Hoping they get knowledgeable help SOON.
