  This is the worst bank in Jacksonville fl, there under staff Joan the manager has no regards for her clients we waited over 2 hours for a card print no one is trained properly I do not recommend

  I went to make a deposit inside with a teller as I have done many times for job. I have seen her a few times at the door greeting and this is the first encounter as a teller. She proceeded to ask if I had a deposit card? I was bit baffled but curious so I asked about it. She continues to tell me that our company signee needed to come to the branch and get one because PNC will be going digital. She didn't have a definite date. She also states that the deposit slips will fade out so she only gave me 5. I get back to the office and tell my managers, they were baffled also. I decided to research said information and yes they have implemented the deposit card, you have to call a number to request a card, no you cannot get them at banks, you can get one if wanting to do ATM deposits. Which we do not do ever and the banks will continue supplying deposit slips inside to customers choosing not to do ATM deposits. Now she could have had a bad day and I get that but if you do not fully understand the rules don't offer them because now I feel like she is being discriminating towards me. I personally bank here for 29 years including mergers starting with Compass Bank, Bbva Compass, BBVA, now PNC.

  I had a very good experience at this bank last week. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. A huge thank you to all the employees who was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with a wire transfer. It’s rare to find such high-quality, friendly service these days. They made everything easy and stress-free.

  The folks at this branch are extremely nice hence why they are getting 3 stars but the bank overall has some of the highest fees and pays well below what other institutions are paying for deposit accounts. Since banking is now not local my PenFed savings account pays 2.3% APY on my savings account no minimum deposit and no minimum term. I can access the funds without penalty whenever I want. Additionally I applied for a home equity loan and even though my fico score is above 740 with no delinquencies based on their internal scoring I was denied. 3 days later I had my home equity with Penfed at .25% below prime for the term of the loan. The charged me a $30 wire fee, which a few months ago was only $15 and I would have expected not to pay anything with the money I had on deposit. Well in my first month with PenFed I will earn more then the $30 fee. Customers need to shop around and find the best services and prices available. PenFed is one the most customer friendly banks around.
