  Very Kind people at this branch, truly. However I must give an entire and honest review. Pnc is a corrupt bank, very deceptive, most of their employees are overseas, whom do not care about you or your concerns. I had an issue with two Fraud charges on my account, only to call and get read a terrible script multiple times, by an agent named ina, hamala, and sirus. Clearly customer service does not matter to pnc. My money have been missing out of my account for over 20 days, and no assistance has been provided whatsoever. Steer clear of this bank at all costs, it might look like a great place to bank on the surface, but it is a nightmare. To make matters worse, my account was locked for absolutely no reason. After verifying myself several times to different agents. This is clear retaliation, I will be contacting the necessary parties regarding this. Update: Someone named ''Cathy'' contacted me by phone, whom was absolutely clueless, and wasted my time. She claims an investigation will be done, I doubt anything will come of it, as pnc has a known history of deception and or lack of customer service. I pray anyone seeing this will spread the word, and never use pnc, they allow their bankers to commit fraud, and close accounts for absolutely false reasons.

  Excellent customer service. Each staff member is wonderful. I have never been to a business place where you can say this about each an every individual. The banking staff is not many but the members change from time to time and the response, the help, the attitude remains constant. Longstanding staff the same. Thanks for all you do :)

  Always a positive experience. The staff are more than accommodating and eager to assist. I drive out of my way to go to this location whenever I need to cash a check or deposit funds.

  I couldn't wait to post this review. My husband and I were at this compass bank to close on our new home originated elsewhere but this was the meeting place. Not only did the staff go out of their way to make sure we had a private room with our realtor and the notary; they also stayed past their closing time to make sure we had everything we needed from emails to fax machine without hesitation. We are so thankful, especially towards the Assistant VP Dawn McGovern. Two thumbs up!!
