We waited 15 minutes after the appointment and an employee from another bank said they couldn’t get ahold of Jessica. We waited about 5 minutes at the bank before anyone even acknowledged us. I can’t believe Jessica wasn’t at the bank at the time she had an appointment scheduled. Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars.

JP had fixed it later but it had affected when I had to get financed for my home. The branch manager is not very good. I did not enjoy my experience and I am very disappointed in this bank. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
