    Improve your service guys or get a job at McDonald’s !This is by far the worst credit union to deal with. No return phone calls or emails. Why are they not improving their service after all these negative reviews?

    What is wrong with their phone system every time I call it says user busy. Can First Florida figure out what’s going on ready to close my accounts since I can’t get a hold of anyone. Modern technology needs to be implemented please wake up you will loose a lot of customers
