  The customer service is so abysmal here I can't believe it. 3 encounters with customer service and we have had it. The most recent is beyond me when they can't READ the messages in the messaging system. The time before this was when my husband went to the bank because a mysterious 300+ was taken through an ACH withdrawal from Tmobile. When he went there they said contact t-mobile. We don't have an account, a phone number, NOTHING with t-mobile. After I insisted they look into it themselves (we were brushed off by the banking individual in the bank) he called someone and they said, "Oh yea, it was one number off and we just haven;t gotten around to crediting his account." It had been over a month and this bank KNEW there was a mistake but didn't credit it to my husbands account until we came in and complained a month later? We asked to have a supervisor call. Surprise, no supervisor called. I asked to have a supervisor call for this latest debacle that I was having. Surprise, no call. Seems no one can answer one simple question. Between my husband and myself we have 7 accounts. From business to a money market and loans. Done with these people.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this bank, and unfortunately the poor customer service extended all the way to management. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Several staff members appeared irritated and unwilling to assist ( old woman blonde and short hair always using a blanket scarf)and instead of feeling helped as a customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience. What was even more disappointing was that the manager’s attitude was just as unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer service, respect, and professionalism should be a priority in a banking environment, and this experience completely failed to meet those standards. I genuinely hope management reevaluates how customers are treated at this location because the overall experience was extremely unpleasant.

  My home bank is in NY so I’m always hesitant about “shared branches” but I was able to deposit and take out money at this bank with no issue. The woman at the counter was professional, polite, and very helpful. Was also a plus I had 0 wait time. Definitely recommended this branch!
