I first met her last year during the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, when she encouraged me to open an account with Community First Credit Union. Looking back, it was one of the best financial decisions I’ve made. From day one, Sarah made me feel valued and truly cared about. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and she takes the time to explain the importance and benefits of banking with Community First Credit Union Because of the trust and care she showed me, I even opened three youth accounts for my children. Even though there aren’t any branches close to where I live, I still enjoy doing my banking with Community First Credit Union whenever I’m vacationing in Fernandina Beach. Sarah’s kindness, professionalism, and passion for helping people made a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you for making banking feel personal again.

He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail—I truly felt supported and valued as a member. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and actually cares about helping you, I highly recommend Terrence Thomas. Exceptional service all around!

I love my bank since switching over from VyStar CU, so this is out of pocket for them. Thanks for your help Andrew, but maybe try being a little kinder to your members. I did nothing to you. Your role involves customer service whether you like it or not. If I get this guy again, I’ll hang up and call back. I will not be talked down to again.
- RLRichard LyonsJan 6, 20264.0Sometimes the Mandarin branch is understaffed and it can take approximately 20-30 minutes, just to make a deposit or get service. The Staff is somewhat friendly, but I realize it’s not their fault that they are short staffed..
