  The first day I entered OZK bank, Amber welcomed me and assisted me in opening my 1st CD. In time anytime I call she answers the phone and treats me as a friend not just a client. She has assisted me in opening my 2nd CD, a checking acct., which she informed me of interst earning money acct. I enjoy the small, yet welcoming, friendly staff. You should feel very blessed having staff like Amber & Ken. They make me feel like family each time I call or come in. It's a drive for me but one I will continue to make. I now have 2 CDs, a Roth IRA, and a money interest checking acct with this bank.

  My wife, Rita, and I had a very pleasant experience at the Bank OZK branch on San Jose Blvd today. My younger brother had recently passed away and Amber, the young lady who helped us in setting my brother’s account provided us caring and outstanding assistance. She explained everything in good detail and walked through what could immediately be done and what required further action. Thank you Amber for the time you took for us and the help you provided. You are a credit to Bank OZK.

  I love working with everyone at the Mandarin branch of OZK, especially with Amber. She has help me overcome many issues with nothing but a professional and positive attitude. I highly recommend Bank OZK, and just look for Amber!
