  Wrote a check for a customer of theirs for 3,400 put correct amount in box but wrote it out in long hand wrong so was told it was fraudulent check.3,004 went through and I was told I would get 396 back 🔙 n my account at Brennan Bank gave yet to receive it Have been told customers wait along time on hold Come on a f you are abank you should know how to handle things like this that come up!!!!!!!

  The tellers are average. The office/desk workers... I think they refer to them as "bankers," are the worst. And, that goes across most all PNC locations. Anyway, the little guy that came out from his office to get me from the waiting room has some mental health issues. I can't remember his name but it was maybe Napoleon or something or something like that. He's 'lowering' the level of service and satisfaction. He never once looked 'up' at me in the eye. His demeanor was 'short.' He interrupted me every time I began to speak. He is one of those employees that you wonder how in the world he ever got the job. Thankfully, I don't have to see a "banker" more than once or twice a year.
