  Joel handled things fantastic for me today. Can’t say enough good things about the others too. The accounts they have set up for me (money markets, savings, checking), along with their accrued interest, is amazing. Customer service second to none. Banking finer than you can imagine.

  The most Mickey Mouse operation I’ve ever experienced. The capabilities of the bank are very limited and they can’t even get that right. Trying to get a manager to solve a simple deposit was impossible while they cowered in their office rather than confront their own incompetence. Just my experience certainly but it could not have been more frustrating.

  This is definitely what Banking should be like! They are a small bank with just a few locations yet they well worth the little inconvenience of locating & driving there to set up an account. After which you can pretty much do everything online or on your phone. They have no hidden fees. They don't charge you to maintain your account or use different atms - just to vote a couple of examples. They also don't have the turnover in staff like the major banks do. This results in people remembering you, even if most of your contact is through phone. And that's helped me for a load of things - like them once honoring my checks on Monday even though my direct deposit wasn't even scheduled to go in till Wednesday. All I did was call and explain to my customer service rep & she pulled up my history and let it slide. Having this personal relationship with them also facilitates them extending you a line of credit or a loan quicker & with much less hassle than the bigger banks. And their customer service is top notch!
