- LLLorraineMay 13, 20261.0I was unable to register my account online. I called their number for service and that person was unable to also register my account online. I went to a branch , but the service rep, Kammy, said she had an appointment in twenty minutes and could not help me. She didn't even ask what I was there for. So she was going to do nothing for twenty minutes?!? She also said there were only two people there working. (There was only one other customer there.) I went to another branch and closed my account. Under-staffed and poor service! Choose a different bank!
