    Had a CD mature. Was putting most of the money Into a renewal CD. They didn't have the cash to pay me what I wanted to cash in on the CD. However, they wanted to charge me $10 for the check to take my money from a matured CD. Bank is garbage! Asked for a manager, no manager on premise. Really after a holiday weekend! So, they lost my business. I told the teller, I would rather give the $10 fee to a homeless person in park, then let them charge me for the check! Bank is garbage! Avoid CD rates not worth the aggrevation.

    My wife and I opened another account at Bank OZK this week. We had the pleasure of working with Misady. She is very professional, extremely helpful, and very good at her job. We have been customers at the Fort Myers, FL, branch for several years. Zach, the office manager, and all of the employees have always been great! I highly recommend this bank.

    Michelle, Michelle and Eddie with Bank Ozk provide outstanding customer service. I’ve done a lot of banking in my day and they are on the top of my list for the friendliest bankers in Fort Myers!
