This is after I came in the morning and they told me I needed an appointment to see her so it was my second attempt to get customer service. I waited for over 30 mins while the manager had a conversation with one of the tellers, they obviously don’t value their customers time.

They didn’t send a statement until the day before the payment was due for the first statement when I was unfortunately forced to use them for my mortgage (I had no choice, my mortgage was sold to them). I called and now they send statements out every one to two weeks no matter how many times I call and tell them to send statements like normal banks once a month. They send duplicate statements or sometimes statements months in advance. I wish I could get out from under this awful institution and get a real mortgage servicer but my hands are tied dealing with the idiocracy of this institution. Avoid at all costs…Can’t stand this place!

Deposit went fine somehow ( she gave me my balance without id but no biggie). Then i explained my issue. The lady at the counter (she didnt gave me her name neither i cared to ask afterward) told me she would look at it later. I insisted otherwise so reluctantly she asked me to an office where with open door she asked for my acct then yelled out my balance. Unprofessional. I also explained details of my acct, she stated things change then apologized. I am a longtime member and demand way more time and effort even if they have to fake it. I will close this acct shortly and shop elsewhere where reps have more time and show more care....
