- MMmischmi772 days ago5.0They took over BBVA a couple of years ago and I was totally unhappy – besides the fact they now had lots of branches in SoFlo. After one or two years, the service really improved and now we have our personal contact which makes it so easy to deal with some of the ‘extras’ you sometimes get on your desk.. Hence: today: 5 stars (thanks to Angie and Osmany! 🙌🏽💯)
- MMMSJun 15, 20262.0I have been a PNC Bank costumer for many years, I open the account at Pembroke Pines, and they were very nice and helpful, A new branch in Doral is closer, However when I went there the girl in charge Ass. Office Manager I guess was not as kind as I expected, helpful but in a rush kind of a military way, hellloo! I am a costumer , my savings are there I did not ask for money, a little patient and nicer way is not much to ask for, she does not own the bank., I guess by the area is , may be the attention goes to wealthy accounts , not good example for the people under her care.
