  I had a fantastic experience at this location , the attention to the client is great the branch Manager Kyser is really knowledgeable and kind, Manny is also a fantastic banker who was able to take care of us and give us guidance on our situation.   I had a great experience with Bank OZK at Doral, especially thanks to Luis and the manager. They were both incredibly helpful, took the time to understand my situation, and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. That’s exactly what you expect from a bank and, more importantly, from a financial institution: people who listen, understand your circumstances, and genuinely try to help instead of simply saying “no.” Their willingness to work with me made a real difference.   Can’t say enough praise for the courteous and helpful personnel at the Doral Branch. They are awesome folks. Mr Kyser (branch manager) Mr. Luis Betancourt (my account manager)Mrs Yirely Valdes and Juan all collaborated towards resolving my situation. I have banked with this branch for 10 years or so and I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend OZK Doral Branch .
