- JRJana RogersFeb 23, 20241.0After visiting my Destin PNC Bank 3 times this week and EVERY time waiting either in line inside for close to 30 minutes & today in drive thru for 30 minutes with just 1 car in front of me I have decided to bank elsewhere!!! Since PNC took over customer service is non-existent & they are always understaffed. I would never recommend this bank - ever!
