This morning I tried to use the drive through at 930 and all the lanes were closed. So I went inside and there was a line because only one person was taking customers while they were three people there. When I finally got up to the front, I asked, are they not doing drive-through service anymore and the guy just said that they just haven’t opened it up yet. No customer courtesy No timely service And I will be closing my accounts with PNC. Thoday was the last straw
