Every time I walk in they sit down with me and personally help me with whatever I need. He threatened to call the police on me because I was disputing fraudulent charges on my account. Yeah. Another #BBQBecky at work. I’ve had PNC for several years and never had an issue. The charges were clearly fraudulent but it wasn’t enough for David Crow. This man was condescending, arrogant, and his treatment was a stark contrast to that of other customers. He seemed disgusted that he had to deal with me. He wouldn’t even leave his office, I had to go to his office to speak with him. He has a VP title - seriously? Who at PNC is hiring these cartoon chatter? He also refused to initiate an investigation which is the right course of action. He kept diverting the facts to suit his narrative - which he didn’t have one. Thankfully I’ve opened another account at another bank and will never visit another PNC again.
