My app wasn't working and I needed to deposit a check and have the funds available immediately. The teller told me I could do it at the ATM for a fee. I went to the ATM and the option to deposit it immediately for a fee was not shown and the ATM took my check to be deposited anyway. When I went to the teller for asisstance, I was told that she didnt even know what she was talking about to begin with and she stated that she didn't care she that she had given me the wrong information. The bank manager was just as uncaring. Rude, spiteful, horrible people. They don't know what's happening with your money and they could care less. Heartless people.
