  i'm going to keep this plain and simple. do not bank with flagstar. their policies and procedures are from dinosaur times. the customer service both on phone or in branch have such limited power. the customer service in branch is horrible. banking there as an elite client for over 30 years will still not get you better service. i promise you, every other bank will have way better service and care. if you care about your loved ones who will have to work with them when or if you pass, take your money elsewhere. update: my relative is dead. and died alone because i was dealing with this mess. instead of properly grieving my closest family, i am now in a legal dispute with flagstar, with no response. again, if you care about what your beneficiaries have to deal with after you pass, do not bank with flagstar. not only did they wrongfully hold access to money from me, i needed to use to care for my relatives medical needs, but they also have an all or nothing policy. no money will be released until/unless every single beneficiary sends in a notarized detailed letter. none of this is normal, and every other bank i've been to is APPALLED by my experience and treatment. some of the things they've said or asked me is disgusting.

  wonderful experience with flagship bank and their manager went way out of her way to accept our short term c d and make us feel important something that's never done any more.In any of the big bank chains, you're just a number.I highly recommend using this bank for club savings accounts.And anything that's required with personal service.They give that out in copious amounts.

  Mary had been a phenomenal God send navigating and providing the banking services that my husband and I much needed during a very difficult time of a loved one's passing. Her kindness, professionalism and expertise were a tremendous blessing to us especially since we live in the north east. It will be a pleasure to transfer our banking needs to AM Trust when we relocate to Delray Beach due to such excellent customer service that provided. Thank you again Mary.   Conveniently located at the corner of West Atlantic Avenue and Hagen Ranch Road. They are very accommodating and have an efficient drive thru window.
