She has NO IDEA what she is doing & when another young lady banker came in to interrupt her ignorant rant of incorrect information she shooed the young banker away! with "go away, I know what I'm doing". Please watch your cameras for video proof. I was attempting to move from Chase to PNC and i wanted to simply add a savings account for my minor son. This ego-driven woman proceeds to tell us the FEES that will be added to his account and ask us idiotic questions like "how much does this CHILD plan to have deposited in the acocunt". Young banker interrupted her, seeing she is completely wrong as there are no fees & she shushed the young lady! How many BAD reviews of customer service must you see before you FIRE her? I think her name is Robin but not sure. But I see her pic here in Google so I will add it.
