Associates were telling people coming in at 2:30 they needed to schedule appts for the following day since their 1 banker was busy. Only other people in the queue were me and another lady who both simply needed debit cards. Manager in the office not doing anything of course. God forbid she took 3 minutes to help me and this lady out so maybe it could’ve saved us a few hours and I didn’t have to be late picking my son up from baseball. Wish I could give 0 stars
