I would like to recognize a Assistant Bank Manager Ms. Laura Navarro. I came into this Branch on Wednesday dealing with fraud activity in my account. I was upset and basically sick to my stomach. Laura worked with me for over a hour getting in touch with her fraud dept . Her gentleness and compassion was something you don’t see too much more. She put me at ease and was able with the support of the fraud dept get me a new card and checking account. She went that extra mile to let me know that she had me. I can’t thank her enough for working from Wednesday to Friday helping me with such grace and kindness.

This bank is not focused on customer service. Many members of the staff often seem not interested in helping customers. Today, I went thru the drive-thru. The teller was sitting at the chair at the drive-thru window, but too interested in surfing on her phone to look up. I had to press the buzzer button after waiting for her to notice me.
The bank requires an ID to deposit money into an account (and the person needs to be on the account). This requirement is crazy, especially for business accounts.
Finally, they make mistakes often when counting deposits... be sure to check your receipt every time.
