    Today was my first visit at the Crescent City Branch and I was totally impressed! Melissa and the Bank Teller were Truly Amazing! The On-Line “Customer Care” team opening my new Checking and Saving Accounts were also Outstanding! Thank You for everything and I am looking forward to a long term South State Banking Relationship.

    the people at the bank have always *seemed* very nice when I've went in there but, this is my 4th time trying to go into the bank, and them not allowing me to make a cash deposit. I'm closing this account due to this branch. the only bank in town, opened an account and they dont even let me use it.
