  I always have great experience at Bank OZK thanks to Oliva. She is very professional, attentive, and always solves everything for me with care and efficiency. She is also incredibly kind and welcoming. My younger sister recently opened her account with her, and Oliva made her feel so happy and comfortable. She even called me outside of business hours (because I had completely forgotten) to remind me to stop somewhere with my sister so she could buy something she likes and activate her card. Oliva truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend her! 10/10
