I don’t have the authority to change banking or I would have been gone over a year ago. Constantly takes at least 30 minutes for a simple deposit. The management has no concept of organization or sense of urgency, as there will typically be 1 active teller handling both customer’s, and the drive through, while other employees who are present make no attempt to help. At my previous employment, we used Bank of America, who almost always had at least 3 active tellers. I am constantly requesting to my franchisee we switch back to Bank of America.
