  Told ya ... Why else would a bank restrict a user from their own account for over a week to reset a password. On the very day they restricted my account I get this ... Check my previous review ... I called em out and said exactly what they were gonna do as they were doing it 💥... On a good note I have never paid any fees to pnc and will close this account before they try again ... the $400 they offered a year ago to bank with them just would not be worth if you have to pay their fees... So use caution. The proofs in the pudding and this picture speaks a thousand words ... And again you have been warned

  The onboarding with the branch manager was a complete joke, extremely professional and just did what he wanted he Never added the second person to the account but he managed to consitly reach out to schedule a imperson on oarding meeting which I told him no thanks but even went as far as actually scheduling it after we repeatedly said no thanks. So unprofessional. Now...on to the mobile banking part ....my god !! You would have thought the branch manager teamed up with the development team to produce an outdated inaccurate application that is just horrible. Your available balance is never accurate (intentionally done on pnc behalf FEES ya know)and today I get locked out of my account and 45 mins later and 2 phone calls I'm told they are MAILING ME MY PASSWORD???? Are you kidding me !?!?!? MY PASSWORD??? THATS SAFE ...🤣. So 10 days to reset a mobile online banking password in the most unsaftest manner possible. All to Regain account access, To view transcions ??? ONLINE!! I'M SOOOOOOO GLAD I only used this account for misc income and small purchases... I could image the headaches this would cause with my business account... INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL OUTDATED EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ... You have been warned my friends ... If you end up in these chairs you are DOOMED from day 1

  Bank Elsewhere. The customer service at this location is non-existent. My husband is a customer at this bank and went in last week for a notary. He waited over 45mins saw two different women come and got from the back but was never seen. He was not even given an estimated wait time. They saw him sitting there so its not like they were unaware he was waiting. They seemed to just not care. If you read many of these reviews you see that is this just standard behavior.

  Marissa and Evelyn make the having to go to the bank Saturday worth it Very helpful over and above and smiles that are so genuine I feel like I’m with family

  Customer service not great! Not sure about this lady name but she was definitely the type of person that hates working in customer service. Body language not great, not treating us right. Like we have an account and we are your customers fr! She was on the right size of the cashier counter and she looks like Indian ethnicity.
